I am a Professor of Law at Washington University in St. Louis, where I teach and write about the law of privacy, the Internet, and civil liberties like freedom of speech.  My book, Intellectual Privacy, has just been published by Oxford University Press. I also work as a consultant for companies, law firms, and individuals on issues including information privacy law, data ethics, and appellate litigation in privacy, free speech, and intellectual property cases.
